With the goal of meeting you exactly where you are in each moment, I’ll design a customized flow and meditations that acknowledge your body’s unique way of moving and your long-term goals. Consistent, small gains build the foundations for you to joyfully grow your practice as a pillar of support for your life. You’ll truly understand yoga better while having a safe, enjoyable experience.

My Yoga Background
I turned toward yoga in my mid 20’s as a reprieve from an intense software job and a painful fertility battle. I loved what I learned, but the classes could be intimidating. I couldn't fathom them being restorative, as I’d heard was the goal. Everything changed when I found myself 3,000 miles from what had been home, 30 and pregnant with twins. Once I had two infants, yoga was indeed restorative, and with my increased ability to put my ego aside, it became my life raft.
Meditation snuck in as a byproduct, grounding me and connecting me with the present moment. I had many opportunities to practice “beginning again,” as the girls grew from toddlers to young women, and I have no plans to stop now that they’re out of the house!
In 2007, having certified as a teacher with Baron Baptiste, I returned to the Bay Area, offering big fun Vinyasa classes in Marin County (where we LOVE both hot yoga and upbeat music).
Now I offer customized private sessions and workshops as well as occasional retreats. I love to work with yogis of all levels of experience - from seniors to competitive athletes, so let’s get you on your mat!
Yoga Services
Sessions are available in-person at your home in the Bay Area or via Zoom.
Private sessions start at $600/month for one on one weekly lessons.
Duets and small groups start at $800/month for a weekly series.
One-off or small group lessons start at $250 per class.
