About

Growing up with four older brothers, the skills I cultivated in order to survive — careful listening, reading body language, and understanding hierarchical decision-making — turned into incredible business tools. After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in urban planning, I used these tools to achieve professional success in bond trading, enterprise software sales, and leading high-level training seminars.

In 2007, having gone through a series of significant life shifts (including becoming a mother to twin girls), I began to teach yoga and lead personal development programs. Since earning my Professional Coaching Certification in 2015, I continue to integrate coaching with the Enneagram and body practices. My goal is to support individuals and small groups to thrive within complexity.

I look forward to meaningful and courageous conversations with you.
